The setup
Colette is your father’s new girlfriend. She is charming, carefree and hard to ignore, and the series is about the fact that you have already noticed.
Sitcoms have a name for this episode. Here it is stretched into six chapters, and the stretching is the interesting part: with an extra episode to spend, the series puts it into conversation rather than into more sex.
The free pair is the best part
Episode 1 is an introduction. Episode 2 is a chance meeting on a hot day that turns into milk, a tip, and a car you recognise in the car park. It ends with Colette telling you to get in, because your father will be away for hours.
That is an instruction rather than a cliffhanger, and it works better than a cliffhanger. Nothing is interrupted; something is scheduled. Two episodes of banter and the series has made its point without showing anything.
Second person
The series is written as you, and keeps it up throughout. That is unusual in this catalogue and it suits a premise built on an unstated crush: being addressed rather than observing makes the awkwardness land.
How explicit it gets
Four out of five from episode 3. The free pair spends its heat entirely on dialogue, so the shift is abrupt.
What it costs
Two free, then four episodes at 12 tokens each: 48 tokens to finish. Slightly more than the catalogue standard because there is one more episode to buy.

Our verdict on Dad's New Girlfriend
Six episodes rather than the usual five, and it uses the extra one on banter, which is the right call. The free pair is almost entirely conversation and is the most charming stretch in the catalogue; episode 2 ends on an instruction rather than an incident, which is a smarter hook than a cliffhanger.
Explicit Heat 4 of 5, Explicit
Your questions, answered
How many episodes does Dad's New Girlfriend have?
Six, one more than the catalogue standard. Episodes 1 and 2 stream free to a logged-in account; the other four cost 12 tokens each, 48 in total.
Which episodes are free?
The first two, free with an account. Episodes 3 to 6 are 12 tokens apiece, so 48 tokens to finish.
How explicit does it get?
Four out of five. The free pair shows nothing and works on tension. From episode 3 the series is explicit.
What happens at the end of episode 2?
Colette tells you to get in her car, because your father will be away for hours. That line is the whole hook and it arrives for free.
