Professor Mia: sent for punishment, and then the dean walks in

The setup

A student is sent to his professor’s office for punishment. The meeting is private, it does not stay disciplinary for long, and in the second episode the head of the college arrives with her own opinion about how the matter should be handled.

That second arrival is the series’ one real idea. Most of the catalogue runs on two people in a room; adding a third who outranks both changes the dynamic rather than just adding a body, and the series is smart enough to let the two women negotiate over him rather than with him.

How explicit it gets

Five out of five. Explicit from episode 1, and from episode 2 onward with three people involved. There is no tamer opening stretch and the series does not cut around anything.

The twin

Mia is Mia Malkova’s licensed digital twin: a generated likeness used with her permission. She did not act in this, and no footage of her appears. The generation is among the better work in the catalogue, which matters more here than usual because the series keeps her in close shot for most of its run.

The student is a placeholder. The head of the college gets more to do in three episodes than he does in five.

What it costs, and whether that is fair

No free episode. Premium opens episodes 1 and 2, then 50 tokens each for episodes 3 to 5: 150 tokens to finish.

Fifty tokens an episode is the ceiling for this catalogue, where 30 is standard and 12 is common. At the token rates in circulation that is around fifteen dollars for three episodes, on top of a subscription. The series is good; it is not three times better than a 12-token series.
